Structure of the committee

2. Vice-Chairperson
   • Supports the chairperson and steps in when the chair is unavailable.

3. Secretary
   • Ensures that all board activities, such as meetings and decisions, are recorded accurately.
   • Handles communication between board members and ensures compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
4. Treasurer
   • Oversees the financial health of the organization.
   • Works with staff or financial advisors to manage budgets, funding, and financial planning.
   • Provides regular financial reports to the board.
5. General committee Members
   • Contribute to strategic discussions and offer expertise in various areas such as youth development, fundraising, community engagement, and legal or governance matters.
   • Help with specific tasks or projects, ensuring the organization meets its goals.
